The body of the mayor of Dniprorudne was returned to Ukraine
"I was not closely acquainted with Yevheniy Matveyev, the mayor of Dniprorudne, Zaporizhzhia region. His city was occupied in early February, but he remained with his people until the very end," Sadovyi said.
The mayor of Lviv also recalled that Matveyev was in Russian captivity for three years. He had to endure many trials and tortures.
