2 billion to help the AFU — Sadovyi presented his annual report
The Mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, presented the annual report to the community. Officials, the military, doctors, and others were invited to the meeting.

Andriy Sadovyi presented his report on the work done in 2024 in the parking lot of the Unbroken Social Housing for patients, which will open in two weeks. This is the first social housing for people affected by the war in Ukraine. The complex will have eight buildings with 196 apartments. It will be home to patients waiting for prosthetics and undergoing rehabilitation, as well as their families.
According to Andriy Sadovyi, last year the city budget allocated more than UAH 2 billion (USD 47,704,960.05 — Ed.) to help the Defenders of Ukraine. The Mayor of Lviv added that the city buys equipment and helps the military with money every week. This trend will continue this year.
"We will also spend at least a billion to help the Armed Forces," Sadovyi noted.
Officials, military personnel, doctors, and members of local and district councils were invited to the event. Artists and clergymen were also present. They brought along his pet Levchyk to the report of Andriy Sadovyi.
As a reminder, the Mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, said earlier that the repairs to the buildings damaged by the missile attack were completed by 70%. He thanked everyone who contributed to the reconstruction.
Earlier, we wrote that in 2024, Lviv underwent a large-scale replacement of water supply networks. 34.3 km of pipelines of various diameters were replaced.
